Last Man Standing 2011/2012

Competition & Rules

1. It’s simple; just pick the winner of one Premier League match each week. If your selection wins you progress to the next week. Lose or draw and you are out.

2. You may not pick the same team to win more than once during Last Man Standing (unless the competition progresses past 20 weeks).

3. All selections must be received no later than 7pm on the Thursday before the first match of the week, on a weekly basis per round (no multiple weekly selections)

4. To register, simply email or text your full name and first team choice. All entry fees must be paid in advance of the competition.
5. It is the responsibility of the player to submit their choice on time. All players’ choices will be published at www.bangoryoungmenfc.co.uk at 9am on the Friday morning before the matches on a Saturday.

6. Should you forget to make your selection in any week or if your selection is late (See rule 5) you will automatically be assigned the first team that you have not selected in alphabetical order. Once a team is automatically selected, you will not have the ability to change the selection.

7. In the event of any match involving a team you have selected being postponed or cancelled for any reason after 7pm on the Thursday of the week in which the fixture is played, then you will continue to the next round. The team nominated will be taken as your selection and will no longer be available for future selection in rotation (as per Rule 2).

8. Rounds of fixtures may take place on, Saturday, Sunday or Monday (Premier League Matches Only). Midweek fixtures do not count.

9. Entry costs £5.
10. Prize money will be split 50/50 (of the total money lifted) between Bangor Young Men FC and the Last Man Standing. Should two or more participants remain standing and all these are eliminated in the same week, the 50% prize will be distributed equally among them.
